NOTICE OF INTENT TO MOVE OUT

30-Day Notice

(If  this notice is given after the first day of the month in which you intend to vacate, then you are responsible for paying the next month’s rent.  )

The following is a 30-Day Notice of intent to vacate the premises of which I currently reside.

In order to receive my deposit back, I understand that I must leave the residence in a clean and damage free condition, including but not limited to: scrubbing toilets, bathtubs and sinks, cleaning out the refrigerator and stove, hauling off all trash,  having the carpets professionally shampooed, and mowing the grass. All keys must be returned by 5:00 p.m. on the day I vacate the property.

I understand that my deposit refund or statement of charges will be mailed to the address I have provided below.

I understand that submitting this notice does not in any way release me of my obligation to continue to pay rent for any months remaining under the terms of my lease agreement.
